Welcome to Clear Flight online pilot training. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
1.1 Refunds are not normally given as the course material is accessible immediately upon purchase.
1.2 Each refund request is assessed on a case-by-case basis and refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
2. Payment
2.1 Payments for our products and services must be made via our website using a credit card or debit card. We do not accept any other methods of payment.
2.2 Online payments are processed via Stripe (https://stripe.com/). At no point are your credit card, debit card or other payment details provided to Clear Flight.
2.3 For products which are paid for on a subscription basis, by using our online payment system you agree to initiating a payment or a series of payments until the subscription is cancelled (see section 5).
3. Course Access
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, payment for an online course grants you access to that course for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
4. Pricing
4.1 We reserve the right to change the prices of all our products and services at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Price changes may occur during a customer’s subscription period, and customers will be charged the new price for subscription renewals.
5. Subscriptions
5.1 Products and services sold as part of a subscription can be cancelled at any time on the ‘My Account’ page of our website. You must be logged in to cancel a subscription.
5.2 Refunds are not provided for any part-period of a subscription period remaining at the time of cancellation. Access to the course content will continue to be provided until the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for.
6. GDPR Compliance
6.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is available at: https://clearflight.co.uk/index.php/privacy-policy/. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of both these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Data may be shared with the emergency services in the event of an accident, incident or investigation.
6.3 Data may be shared with the relevant government authorities for the purpose of security.
6.4 Data may be shared with EASA, the UK Civil Aviation Authority, or any other ICAO State, for the purposes of licencing, medical, investigation, and/or prosecution.
6.5 You have the right of access to all of the information stored, pertaining to yourself.
6.6 You have the right to withdraw your consent for personal data retention at any time. Please note that this may prevent Clear Flight from adequately providing you with our services.
